Kitty Cove
Our felines can rest comfortably in Kitty Cove where they will also have spacious accommodations, some with portholes for lounging in the sun. Cats can also enjoy the view of our 100+ gallon aquarium. Room service is provided two times a day. We are happy to feed your cat their diet or ours. Our strict standards of hygiene apply not only to our food preparation and cleaning procedures, but to our service as well. Bayside Bed & Biscuit uses specially-designed disposable feeding bowls.. a fresh table setting at every meal!

Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time for our arriving guests is 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays and between 2:00 p.m – 3:00 pm on Sundays. *Please contact one of our Cruise Directors at 281.334.9663 prior to your visit for arrangements and any questions you may have.*
Check-out time for our departing guests is before 12:00 noon Monday – Saturday or between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Sundays. After 12:00 noon Monday – Saturday you will incur another night’s charge. However, having any additional service in our pet spa can override this additional charge.
Important reminders for check-in
Personal Belongings: Please limit 3 per cat. We are not responsible for damage or lost items, but we will do our best to return them safely. For safety reasons we also reserve the right to refuse items that we feel may cause a problem during boarding. Too much hassle? Not to worry! We offer lambskin bedding to be put down with each guest!
Food: If you wish to bring your own food, please keep in mind that we have limited space to store each guests items. Please bring enough for your pets stay, plus a few days incase of an emergency/fun extended stay. We would be happy to serve our food “Science Diet Sensitive Stomach” or “Friskies canned food” at no additional cost. Vaccinations: Owner must show proof of all yearly vaccinations if verbal confirmation cannot be obtained prior to boarding.

* Please allow 20 minutes for a complete check-in, including a quick stop at customs to be sure your pet is safe for boarding. We are a flea free environment; if fleas are found upon check-in your pet will be treated and your account charged accordingly.
