The Quarter Deck
Bayside Bed & Biscuit offers spacious private staterooms and themed master staterooms for our canine companions. All of our lounging areas for our guests are complete with raised, comfortable sleeping areas and fresh linens are provided every morning. Room service is provided two times a day. We are happy to feed your diet or ours. Our strict standards of hygiene apply not only to our food preparation and cleaning procedures, but to our service as well. Bayside Bed & Biscuit uses specially-designed disposable feeding bowls — a fresh table setting at every meal!

Our Master State Rooms are decorated to reflect our favorite ports around the world and provide a home-like setting. We have three sizes that you may choose to suit your pet perfectly. The Promenade
We have saved our promenade area for those special guests that prefer more of a quiet stay. They enjoy the same comforts of our state rooms, yet in a more relaxed environment. This area is especially nice for those loved ones who are aging and enjoy their own personal space!

Playtimes

We do offer “multiple pet discounts” on playtime; 50% off second/third pet when playing together.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time for our arriving guests is 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays and between 2:00 p.m – 3:00 pm on Sundays. *Please contact one of our Cruise Directors at 281.334.9663 prior to your visit for arrangements and any questions you may have.*
Check-out time for our departing guests is before 12:00 noon Monday – Saturday or between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Sundays. After 12:00 noon Monday – Saturday you will incur another night’s charge. However, having any additional service in our pet spa can override this additional charge.
Important reminders for check-in
Personal Belongings: Feel free to pack up to three toys and a small blanket or tee shirt that smells like home. We are not responsible for damaged or lost items but we do our best to return them safely. For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse items that we feel may cause a problem during boarding. There’s no need to pack a bed. Our deckhands provide daily morning housekeeping services with fresh lambskin bedding for each pet. For a small additional charge you may request a raised PetCot. We also provide a wide selection of toys to keep your pet occupied and entertained while in our care.
Food: If you wish to bring your own food, please have it pre-packaged for each meal and labeled with the pets full name. We would be happy to serve our food “Science Diet Sensitive Stomach” at no additional cost. For information on Science Diet products please click here. http://www.hillspet.com
Medication: Please bring enough for your pets stay, plus a few days incase of an emergency or extended stay.
Vaccinations: Owners must show proof of all yearly vaccinations if verbal confirmation cannot be obtained prior to boarding.

* Please allow 20 minutes for a complete check-in, including a quick stop at customs to be sure your pet is safe for boarding. We are a flea free environment; if fleas are found upon check-in your pet will be treated and your account charged accordingly.
